What do i need to do to become a Navy Pilot??

what are the physical requirements for navy pilots and if i dont have a BA can i get into a program that will let me be one? i am 19 years old and im still in the DEP program to go as an HM but im not due to leave until 4 months from now. i want to change my program to become an officer to become a navy pilot. can i do NROTC to get into the program to become one? or would it be better if i just got my BA? and does it matter what kind of BA i have? what's the best way i should go?
