Why won't my Cat stop Meowing and acting weird?

My Cat Harvey is about 2yrs Old, and all he ever seems to do is meow, The only time I don't hear him is when he's asleep. Seriously the neighbours are starting to complain about his noise, He just meows for no reason continuously. He also never stops throwing himself on the floor and rolling round. He makes weird grunting noises like a dog and runs around like a nutter and hops like he's a rabbit I think he's just weird, sometimes I think he's confused about what he is haha He's ace and I love him coz he's unique compared to my other two boring cats. Just wondered if Theres something wrong with him or if anyone else has a weird cat like mine?
