Do i qualify for min. wage?

I worked for a towing company,my pay was 25% of what i towed,i was told i would average over 600. a week.that never happened,i worked 60 to 70 hours a week for 3 months and my weekly checks where 120. to 350 a week,which if you do the math i made 3. or 4. an hour,i finally quit, but can i sue them for min. wage and overtime pay,since i was required to be there,and they did take taxes out of my check and other deductions for things i never authorized,i live in Fl. are companys like this exempt from federal min. wage laws.
