I need help with a gift idea?

Next month is my Grandma's birthday. I have a while, but I like to give myself time. I am very close with her and always like to make home made gifts. For example, when I was young, I painted pictures, then at around 11 I sewed a quilt, made a pillow at 12, wrote a 35 page book at 13, etc. So this year I want to do something really nice, I just don't know what. Everything I see doesn't really scream, that would be fun. I want to do something special. Any ideas?
