Can Dontrelle Willis bounce back after 4 straight bad years?

Highly unlikely. His delivery has too many moving parts in it. He can't repeat it over and over like the good pitchers do and so his pitches are all over the place. Plus he never had that great of stuff anyway. He was a lot of fun to watch though.
