I think that I'm going to get the BFP that I've been waiting for..what do u think?

After TTC to conceive for several months I think I finally may be pregnant!!! In Jan, I had 2 periods but the second period seemed weird..It was on & off..I started feeling some of the pregnancy symptoms like nausea, fatigue, heartburn, headaches, tender , urinating a lot, increased appetite, and feeling bloated. Well last month (Feb), I didn't have my period!..I'm going to buy a test this week, so I'm hoping for a BFP!! =) What do you guys think?
