Best friend's birthday is coming up?

She will be 15. I'm planning on decorating her locker (any cool locker ideas? i will have access to inside her lock also) and I'm getting her a personalized box of poptarts!:D I want to do/give something else though but I can't think of anything. I don't have any pics of us so no scrapbook calender things. She likes dance, skittles, and neon colors and is a really crazy person. Any ideas?
