ATI x1650 pro 512 AGP... Help please?

K so I bought an ATI x1650 pro 512mb AGP video card this weekend and I installed into my computer for WoW and Im getting around 8-20 fps with the majority at 15 in the enviorment. Any way I can tune this card to get more? I have the most recent catalyst drivers, but i did see ATI Overdrive in the ATI control center, anything I can do using that to improve it?
