Alleles at the same locus are found on/in?

My best guess would be on logous chromosomes. logous chromosomes are pairs of chromosomes, like both of your chromosome 13s. So, on logous chromosomes at the same locus would be the same alleles since you have two alleles, one on each chromosome.
