WHY IS EVERYONE OBSESSING OVER MEGAN FOX'S THUMB IN THE SUPERBOWL MOTOROLA COMMERCIAL?

Seriously, there was this story about it on the Yahoo home page. Why can't people just leave her alone? She just has a medical condition that made her thumb unusually wide and it looks like a toe. Sometimes I feel bad for celebrities and how the paparazzi never leaves them alone. It's like they always have to be perfect. What do you think???
