My left arm is feeling a bit sore,and there is a bit of soreniss near me heart,i need to stay up,is this bad?

yea near my heart and my left arm is feeling a bit sore..not painfull or very sore just a litle,enough that i can feel it..i have been sleeping bad these days and i have to do an all nighter tonight is this bad for my health wil i recover?
