Pro Evo 2008 PLZ HELP?

now can someone please tell me if Alessio Tacchinardi is an unlockable on this game because the games framerates make the game unplayable as it is but if I find out the "Volley King" hasn't made it then I can feel a repeat of the Benoit Family Tragedy recurring just without the retard son.
