Looking for title of a comic book from my childhood?

I remember the name was a militant sorta name like sergeant something(nothing to do with military)and the dude wore like a bikers leather jacket/pants/boots(vigilante) and had a red bandana covering his face.The guy was tall and buff. I remember he fought some spider freak dude in a room filled with webs and other odd characters. The style of the work was Todd McFarlane-ish. The end of the comic he throws all the "villains" off a building and you see their remains all broken and splattered on the ground(mixed array of em). I remember having the comic around 97' if that helps.
