Insurance adjuster is calling me today, what should i do?

i hurt my toe pretty bad a week ago when i went to an office to pay a bill.their door was jammed and hard to open and when i did get it open, it sliced open my toe.i went to the drs got a tetinus shot antibiotics and xray.i needed stitches but it was too late.i was thinking of getting a lawyer but i dont think im going too, soo,their insurance adjuster is calling me today and im not sure what to say,,,do i just ask for medical bills paid,or could i get a little extra for pain and suffering since it was the companys fault(like i said the door was jammed and they had no signand when i told the security gaurd he said they had recieved complaints about the door before) so what are your opinions?? thank you
