How are Black women stereotyped as prude and promiscuous at the same time?

Some say Black women are into church and waiting for marriage or whatnot, & many I see are very religious, but I asked in 3 different categories on here for real answers by men of which race of women had the most promiscuous women, and most of the answers I got were Black women. Doesn't this seem odd?
