Need help losing weight on lower body(,thighs,calves)?
Since summer is coming up i want to lose weight. I'm a 15 yr old guy and like 5'9 or 5'10 and i weigh almost 200 lbs. Now you might think im very fat since i almost weigh 200 lbs but im not. If you saw me you'd think im like 150lbs or a little more. My upper body is muscular from working out but my lower body from waist down is kinda fat. My , thighs, and calves are kinda big and fat, but still its embarrasing. I'm looking foward into dropping at least 20-30 lbs. What should i do to lose the weight? I just need tips. I excercise couple times a week, im doing kickboxing once a week, and i drink alot of water. So all i really am asking for is what exercise will help me lose weight on my lower body, and i dont want to make them muscular, i want to just lose weight on my lower body. I know you cant specificly lose weight on one certain spot but what will make me lose fat on my lower body (, thigh, and calves)? sorry its long.
