My ethernet card will not reinstall on my computer. It keeps saying that im missing "dxe1015b.sys" help!?!?

my ethernet card is a dynex dx-e101. i downloaded the install disk from the website. Ive already did the device manager thing. but for some reason these files are not on my computer
