I have been pissing out of my *** every 15 min for 2 days?

I'm not really sure whats going out with my rectum but its just out of control, i work as a cook and i get sick often from ingesting toxic or bad things. As my title says i have been on my royal throne every 30 min. I'm uming its food poisoning but i have never had this much poo come out from last time i had it. Can anyone tell me whats going on down there?
