How do you show love to your co-workers. (Platonic love!) :)?

I ask them about their day...what he/she did over the weekend. I ask them if they need any help with finishing something at work (i work at a coffee house)....make conversation and invite them to do things sometimes. I think this is a great way to show love to them...i know i feel loved/cared about when they do the same for me.
