Has Anyone experienced this, what is wrong with me?

I have had this happen before it happens every now and again. Last night I woke up in the middle of the night with my heart just racing so fast. Then I started to shake really bad like I was having tremors or something, I also got really cold and was shivering so bad it was uncontrollable. I got really sick to my stomache feeling and my arms started to go num and tingly, this all lasted for about a half hour. Has anyone else had this happen, whats wrong with me? Thank you for your help!
